  • We recommend starting from around 3 months to ensure that your baby has had enough time to develop a robust immune system. We will also advise you to consult with your doctor.

  • Baby swimming offers a multitude of benefits that extend beyond the pool.   • Yes, our instructors are highly trained and certified in swimming instruction. They have extensive experience and are dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and enjoyable learning environment. We also ensure every staff member goes though All Aqua training to ensure we deliver lessons to our specific criteria and teaching standards.

  • Lesson durations vary depending on the age group and lesson type. Typically, lessons range from 30 minutes to an hour. Your instructor will provide you with the exact duration for your specific lesson.

  • Yes, we offer flexible payment plans to make our swimming lessons accessible to all. Feel free to discuss payment options with our team.

  • We allow two makeup sessions per term with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled lesson time. Please contact us via email to schedule makeups or for any questions about this policy.

  • Our pricing structure is designed to cater to your preferences:

    Private Lessons: $60 per session.

    Semi-Private Lessons: $45 per participant per session.

    Small Group Lessons: $35 per participant per session.

    Group Lessons: $30 per participant per session.

    Adult Group: $35 per participant per session

  • For swimming lessons, we recommend bringing swimwear, a towel, and any required swim gear. Depending on the age group and lesson type, other items like goggles, swim caps or swim hats may be necessary.

  • Depending on the child's comfort level, some may choose to participate more actively when they have their own space to learn and explore. Our instructors are skilled at creating a nurturing and supportive environment, ensuring that every child gets the most out of their lessons, whether with or without a parent or guardian present.

  • In the event of adverse weather conditions or unexpected pool closures, your instructor will provide you with the necessary information regarding rescheduling lessons. Your instructor's guidance ensures your safety and convenience during such situations.

Keep attending lessons consistently, and be the calm and confident parent that you are. It's an opportunity to teach your little one the value of hard work and perseverance.

    If your child is hesitant about submerging (you'll notice the signs), please don't force it, as it could create negative associations with water. Instead, focus on building their confidence above the water, and when they're ready, try again.
